  1. Non-attendance: If you are unable to attend, please note that no-shows are considered a completed, paid service. Tickets are non-transferable to future events unless a request is made in advance and approved by Kim personally. Moving your attendance to a future date is circumstantial and subject to Kim's discretion and availability.

  1. Other Charges: Please note that there is a $3.65 service charge for processing the payment.
